Returns & Exchanges

At Puffin Drinkwear, we want your beverages to stay dressed to impress; if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must be in its original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your Puffin gear.

• 3.
  Send It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the original packing slip is included inside for faster processing.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
